my iMac's power supply went dead! 5 minute replacement with PC but Apple??

I went through the youtube tutorial and have the iMac in pieces:

The next step would be to remove the power supply and install the new one, easy, eh? Not really I see some soldered in cables! right on the power supply, heeeeelp!! As I said on a PC it would be a 5 min job. I hope I can put it back together after all.

by the way is this really a power supply to the right of the hard drive?? What is Steve Job's phone number?
