Everyone gets tired of the attention Apple and Samsung got in the recent weeks. The powerful Korean company is handling it well and the media for an odd reason follow this route, is there a true reason behind it or simply just for once they shift the attention away from Apple? Obviously, Samsung is a fast follower in the vertical sense. I think Samsung knows that and Apple knows that. Samsung needs to find a horizontal culture of their own, for the time being even the Samsung S III as much as I think is a good product, will always remain just a rip off.
Samsung, the customers are aware, in the long run, if you don't change your ways, you will always remain that - a best knock off on the market.
Apple has now claimed Samsung's flagship gadgets the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Note infringe its mobile phone patents in a SECOND lawsuit in the US.
